An antidote to the heat: COLOURFUL MOCKTAILS

Aug
On hot summer days, we look for ways to cool down. Tired of high temperatures, we intuitively look for shade or dream of a cool bath. In order not to fall into apathy and maintain precious life energy, proper hydration is key. The Good Mood Academy by CUCA advises against reaching for sweetened fizzy drinks, reminding that the healthiest drink is water! According to dieticians' recommendations, we should drink at least two liters of clean water a day, and even a liter more during hot weather. However, so that taking care of the body's hydration does not become boring, it is sometimes worth trying a little variety. It's simple! All you need is a handful of herbs, some fruit and a touch of fantasy to create delicious and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks (so-called mocktails) that will delight your family and friends.
How to make your loved ones go crazy about mineral water? Our recipe is colourful ice cubes with a taste of summer! You can easily prepare them with the help of PARTY TIME ice moulds! Just throw in some leafs of fresh mint, lemon balm, or even basil, fill them with small fruits such as currants, raspberries, blackberries or blueberries, pour water over them and put them in the freezer. After a few hours, you will receive aromatic ice cubes that will add colour and taste to your drinks. Top up the composition with a slice of fresh lemon or lime. You can also add some extra fruit for decoration. Be sure to also try the addition of green cucumber, which will surprise you with its freshness! So, how is it going? Are queues already forming at your home bar? 🙂
